The Rockies stuck out a 5-3 loss to the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field that left them unsuccessful in the first seven games of a 10-game trip that concludes with a three-game series starting tonight at Los Angeles.

As soon as Encarnacion signed that was Bigbie's starting chances halved and Spivey arriving has nearly removed all hope of Miles getting a spot in the everyday lineup.

Not even sure either will make the bench, if they don't and end up leaving it will have been a REALLY bad trade from our side of things, even given King's awful end to last year.
